As a young person I had very little confidence, being teased for being overweight, shy and often bullied.
nUurtured was borne out of not feeling self love as a child, a fundamental life tool I have encouraged my children to practice. And that not every cough needs a doctor or a script: so I educated myself on food being our pharmacy. Being able to love ourselves comes first: having been an airhostess we teach passengers to put the oxygen mask on first, the same in life. And with this experience I have found a way to coach and empower others.
My passion is in positively disrupting the myths we have believed around being human, through new science and rising medical biohackers. I love travel and learning and living in different cultures, have travelled extensively, from playing golf (badly but had fun) in Hawaii to drinking yak fat in Tibet.
My philosophy is to keep learning, listening and sharing my experience in the hopes it helps someone to bridge that gap. If I can help one more human out of their feelings of despair or to find the joy or to believe in hope again, my cup is full.
